Synopsis

Buku ajar Manajemen Keuangan disusun sebagai salah satu sumber pembelajaran bagi mahasiswa dalam memahami konsep, prinsip, dan penerapan manajemen keuangan dalam organisasi maupun perusahaan. Buku ini memberikan landasan pemahaman mengenai bagaimana keputusan keuangan dibuat secara efektif dan efisien untuk mendukung pencapaian tujuan organisasi.

Pembahasan dalam buku mencakup konsep dasar manajemen keuangan, fungsi dan tujuan manajemen keuangan, analisis laporan keuangan, konsep nilai waktu uang, pengelolaan modal kerja, keputusan investasi, keputusan pendanaan, struktur modal, kebijakan dividen, manajemen risiko, serta perencanaan dan pengendalian keuangan. Materi disajikan secara sistematis dengan mengintegrasikan konsep teoritis dan contoh penerapan agar mahasiswa dapat menghubungkan pengetahuan akademik dengan permasalahan keuangan yang dihadapi dalam dunia nyata.

Melalui pendekatan yang terstruktur dan aplikatif, buku ajar Manajemen Keuangan diharapkan dapat menjadi salah satu referensi pembelajaran bagi mahasiswa dalam membangun kompetensi dasar hingga menengah di bidang keuangan serta menjadi landasan untuk mempelajari berbagai bidang keuangan yang lebih spesifik pada tahap selanjutnya.

Dra. Ec. Solikah Nurwati, MM menempuh pendidikan S1 Ekonomi-Manajemen Universitas Airlangga Surabaya dan S2 Ekomoni-Manajemen Keuangan Universitas Brawijaya Malang. Saat ini penulis menjabat sebagai Lektor Kepala/ IVc di Fakultas Ekonomi Dan Bisnis Program Studi Manajemen Universitas Palangka Raya. Kegiatannya selain mengajar sebagai dosen, serta sebagai assessor BKD dosen FEB dan aktif menulis baik buku maupun artikel yang diterbitkan di Jurnal Nasional dan Internasional. Pernah memberikan penyuluhan dan pembinaan Kewirausahaan di Instansi pemerintah serta pemberdayaan Masyarakat untuk pelaku UMKM

Agustina Muliyani, SE, MM lahir di Palangka Raya, pada tahun 1986. Penulis adalah dosen tetap pada Program Studi Manajemen, Fakultas Ekonomi dan Bisnis di Universitas Palangka Raya. Menyelesaikan pendidikan S1 pada Jurusan Manajemen dan melanjutkan S2 pada Jurusan Magister Manajemen. Penulis menekuni bidang Menulis. Beberapa buku telah terbit dan ber-ISBN di antaranya : 1 buku puisi penulis tunggal, 1 book chapter novel, 1 buku referensi penulis tunggal, dan 9 book chapter buku ajar dan referensi telah ditulis oleh penulis.

Dhina Sri Widyaningsih, S.E., M.M. kelahiran 1988. Penulis merupakan alumni Magister Manajemen Universitas Sanata Dharma, Yogyakarta. Saat ini penulis aktif sebagai Dosen di Fakultas Ekonomi dan Bisnis Universitas Palangka Raya. Selain mengajar penulis juga aktif melakukan penelitian maupun pengabdian kepada masyarakat. Ani Mahrita, M.Sc. adalah dosen tetap di Jurusan Manajemen, Fakultas Ekonomi dan Bisnis, Universitas Palangka Raya sejak tahun 2019. Saat ini, penulis mengemban amanah sebagai Sekretaris Jurusan Manajemen untuk periode 2024–2028. Penulis merupakan alumni program Master of Science dari Universitas Gadjah Mada dengan konsentrasi Manajemen Keuangan. Selain aktif menjalankan kegiatan Tri Dharma Perguruan Tinggi, penulis memiliki ketertarikan penelitian yang berfokus pada isu-isu Good Corporate Governance (GCG), Environmental, Social, and Governance (ESG), serta gender studies.
