Synopsis

Buku yang anda baca ini merupakan hasil riset yang penulis lakukan terkait strategi peningkatan kinerja karyawan melalui perilaku ekstra peran dan perilaku kerja inovatif. Sebagai sebuah buku referensi berbasis riset, penulis mengangkat studi kasus strategi peningkatan kinerja karyawan melalui perilaku ekstra peran dan perilaku kerja inovatif pada Bank Riau Kepri. Dengan studi kasus tersebut, pembaca akan memperoleh wawasan secara praktis bagaimana strategi meningkatkan kinerja karyawan melalui perilaku ekstra peran dan perilaku kerja inovatif.

Pembahasan pada buku ini mengambil latar belakang objek pada sebuah organisasi keuangan yaitu perbankan yang menuntut perilaku kerja ekstra peran dan perilaku kerja inovatif dan kemudian dibandingkan dengan berbagai temuan penelitian lainnya yang sejenis. Adapun Susunan materi yang dibahas dalam buku ini mencakup: 1) pendahuluan; 2) data dan teori; 3) pembahasan dan pemecahan masalah; 4) penutup.

Konsep strategi peningkatan kinerja karyawan melalui perilaku kerja ekstra peran dan perilaku kerja inovatif dalam buku ini menggunakan interaksi dengan komitmen organisasional dan budaya organisasional. Sasaran utama penyajian buku ini adalah para praktisi dan akademisi yang konsen terhadap kajian atau penelitian tentang manajemen sumber daya manusia khususnya kinerja.

Author Biography

Tomy Fitrio, Sekolah Tinggi Ilmu Ekonomi Indragiri Rengat

Dr. Tomy Fitrio, SE., M.M lahir di Kabupaten Solok, 29 Februari 1980. Sampai saat ini penulis tercatat sebagai dosen tetap di Sekolah Tinggi Ilmu Ekonomi Indragiri (STIE-I) Rengat. Selama mengabdi di STIE Indragiri penulis pernah menjabat sebagai Auditor Internal, Kepala Pusat Penjaminan Mutu dan Kepala Prodi Magister Manajemen. Sejak tahun 2022 sampai saat ini penulis menjadi dosen biasa tanpa tugas tambahan.

Pendidikan tertinggi diperoleh pada Program Doktor Ilmu Manajemen Sekolah Tinggi Ilmu Ekonomi Indonesia Surabaya. Bidang keahlian dan mata kuliah yang dibina; Manajemen Strategi, Manajemen Keuangan, Studi Kelayakan Bisnis, Manajemen Sektoral, Anggaran Perusahaan, dan Seminar Manajemen Keuangan.

Penulis aktif melakukan penelitian sesuai bidang keahlian, mengikuti seminar internasional dan memperoleh hibah penelitian yang bersumber dari internal kampus maupun Kemdikbud Dikti.
