Synopsis

Buku yang anda baca ini merupakan hasil riset yang penulis lakukan terkait strategi peningkatan kinerja karyawan melalui komitmen organisasional. Sebagai sebuah buku referensi berbasis riset, penulis mengangkat studi kasus strategi peningkatan kinerja melalui strategi peningkatan komitmen organisasional pada BPRS Bhakti Sumekar di Madura. Dengan studi kasus tersebut, pembaca akan memperoleh wawasan secara praktis bagaimana strategi meningkatkan kinerja karyawan melalui komitmen organisasional.

Pembahasan pada buku ini mengambil latar belakang objek pada BPRS Bhakti Sumekar yang menuntut komitmen organisasional dari karyawan. Adapun Susunan materi yang dibahas dalam buku ini mencakup: 1) pendahuluan; 2) data dan teori; 3) pembahasan dan pemecahan masalah; 4) penutup.

Konsep strategi peningkatan kinerja karyawan melalui komitmen organisasional dalam buku ini menggunakan mediasi dengan lingkungan kerja dan motivasi spiritual. Sasaran utama penyajian buku ini adalah para praktisi dan akademisi yang konsen terhadap kajian atau penelitian tentang manajemen organisasi terutama kinerja.

Author Biographies

Moh. Hairul Wahyudi, BPD Jawa Timur

Moh. Hairul Wahyudi lahir di Sumenep 17 Oktober tahun 1990, menyelesaikan Pendidikan Sarjana Ekonomi di Fakultas Ekonomi Universitas Trunojoyo Madura, Pendidikan Magister Manajemen di Program Pascasarjana Universitas Pembangunan Nasional (UPN) Veteran Jawa Timur dan Magister Hukum di Program Pascasarjana Universitas Wiraraja, serta Program Doktor Ilmu Manajemen di Sekolah Tinggi Ilmu Ekonomi Indonesia (STIESIA) Surabaya.

Pengalaman kerja sebagai Dosen di STIS AS SALAFIYAH (tahun 2015-2018) dan sebagai karyawan BPD Jawa Timur (tahun 2013 - sekarang).

Budiyanto, menyelesaikan Pendidikan S1 di Universitas Brawijaya pada tahun 1982, menyelesaikan S2 di Universitas Airlangga pada tahun 1991 dan S3 di Universitas 17 Agustus 1945 Surabaya pada tahun 2007, sekarang sebagai dosen PNS DPK di Sekolah tinggi ilmu ekonomi Indonesia (STIESIA) Surabaya.

Suwitho, menyelesaikan Pendidikan S1 pada Jurusan Administrasi Niaga, FIA Universitas Brawijaya Malang tahun 1988, lulus S2 Ilmu Manajemen FEB Universitas Airlangga Surabaya tahun 1997 dan lulus S3 Ilmu Manajemen FEB Universitas Brawijaya Malang, tahun 2011. Pengalaman mengajar pada jenjang S1 Prodi Manajemen dan S1 Prodi Akuntansi sejak tahun 1998, jenjang S2 Prodi Magister Manajemen sejak tahun

2010 dan jenjang S3 Program Doktor Ilmu Manajemen (PDIM) sejak tahun 2012 sampai sekarang. Semuanya pada Sekolah Tinggi Ilmu Ekonomi Indonesia (STIESIA) Surabaya.
